Responsible GamingThe Fitzwilliam Card Club operates to a strict code of practice and is committed to responsible gaming within the community. While for most people gambling is an enjoyable pastime, we recognise that for a small percentage, gambling can lose its fun element and become a major problem. In common with other members of the Gaming and Leisure Association of Ireland, the Fitzwilliam Card Club operates a self-exclusion policy for those who are concerned about problem gambling.

Credit Card UsageWe operate careful controls on usage of credit cards – there is a maximum limit of EUR 5000 per withdrawal we only allow 1 withdrawal on a credit card per any 24 hour period. Customer SatisfactionAt the Fitzwilliam Card Club, our highest priority is customer satisfaction. That's why our staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions. We believe that we are only as good as our customers’ perception of us. Therefore, the highest level of integrity is the only standard by which the Fitzwilliam Card Club can operate.
