(PDF file) Credit Card UsageWe operate careful controls on usage of credit cards – there is a maximum limit of EUR 5000 per withdrawal & we only allow 1 withdrawal on a credit card per any 24 hour period. That's why our staff are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you and answer your questions. We believe that we are only as good as our customers’ perception of us.
