Texas Hold-em Bonus Poker ( LIVE Online from our club at www.dublinbet.com )

Poker Rules

Texas Hold’Em Poker is one of the most popular poker games in the world. The DublinBet.com live version is played as a “heads up” game, with your hand playing against the dealers hand only.

Live Casino Version:

The table in the casino can seat up to 5 players with one position reserved for online players. This position is immediately to the dealer's right and as such is the last to be dealt to. As an online player you will be playing as though you were holding this hand.
From a single standard deck of 52 cards, the cards are dealt in the following order; in turn the dealer will deal two cards to all live boxes, the internet hand and the dealer’s hand. The player’s cards are dealt face up, the internet and dealer’s cards will be face down. The deal will start with the player to the dealer's left and continuing clockwise, as in any poker deal. The internet hand will be scanned in turn and shown online as it is dealt.

Live Studio Version:

If you are playing from our ‘Live Studio’ there are no other players, so it will be a straight deal to the Players hand and the dealers hand in turn, as above.

In order to play a hand, an 'Ante' bet must be placed prior to the first card being drawn, at this time players can also place a bet on the “Bonus Box”. Once the initial draw described above is completed the “Bonus Bet” will be paid or taken. Now you may choose to 'bet' or 'fold'. To fold, just click the “Fold” button. If you wish to continue playing you must make a “Flop” bet which is twice the amount of the ante bet. You will have a set amount of time to decide (approx 10 seconds). At this point any players who have not placed a “Flop” bet have will be assumed as folded and will forfeit their “Ante” bet. Once all players have made their decisions the dealer will scan and turn over the three flop cards. All players may now decide to “Bet” or “Check” on the next card which we call the Turn Card. Again you will have approx 5 seconds to decide, if no decision is made the game server will assume that you have checked on that card. The “Turn” bet will cost the same amount as the initial “Ante” bet. The “Turn” card will now be revealed. There will now be a final round of betting in the same manner as above but this time this will be for the River Card. The dealer will now scan and reveal the Dealers Hand. Once all cards are revealed winning hands are paid and losing bets taken.

For players to win, the players hand must be better than the dealer’s hand, it’s a straight heads up decision. This is the best five card hand that can be made from the players first two cards, the Flop, Turn and River cards, 7 cards in total. All bets are paid at even money 1 to 1. If the player does not have a Flush or better the “Ante” bet will be a stand off. Basically hands with a higher value than the dealer's win, hands with a lower value lose. If the player's and the dealer's hands highest card have the same value, the next highest card in the hand will be the deciding card If the hands are still the same it’s a stand-off.

If a hand draws all bets are returned except the Bonus bet
If a hand loses all bets are taken.
